Rancho Bernardo Hall of Fame members gather for annual dinner

The Rancho Bernardo Hall of Fame held its annual dinner on Saturday evening in The Heights Golf Club. For only the fifth time in the organization’s 52-year history, no new members were inducted. Members are selected to recognize their “outstanding volunteer services that have contributed to the development and enhancement of the quality of life in Rancho Bernardo,” according to the organization. “Membership is based on outstanding volunteer service and leadership in organizations designed to serve others in Rancho Bernardo, enhance the quality of life in RB, improve health or education in RB or foster the civic or cultural life of RB.” Since its founding in 1974, only 131 people have been inducted into the RB Hall of Fame. During Saturday’s dinner, state Assemblymember Darshana Patel presented a Certificate of Recognition from the California Assembly, thanking the organization for its “commitment to celebrating the exceptional leadership, service and achievements demonstrated by individuals within Rancho Bernardo.” Gợi ý thực hành: 1.
